I was first introduced to the practice of coaching in 2010. At first, I didn’t quite understand the purpose behind coaching, but as I discovered its value, I fell in love with it! I learned that coaching is all about empowerment and clarity, both of which are tremendously important for personal success and growth.
Since 2010, I have sought to further my understanding of coaching, and have taken college courses on the subject. I also received coaching training from within the organization I am licensed as a minister. Most recently, I began the process of becoming a Certified Coach with the Certified Coaches Federation(CCF), and am now a Certified Coach Practitioner.
I believe that coaching has the ability to significantly shift the direction of your life by helping you accomplish your goals and to gain clarity for day-to-day and major decisions.
Why Hire a Coach?
There are several reasons you may choose to hire a coach. Coaches help their clients move closer to accomplishing goals, and increase clarity on the steps required in accomplishing goals. The following are some benefits of hiring a coach:
- To move ahead professionally and personally
- To learn strategies and ideas to increase overall productivity
- To integrate a structured system to facilitate setting and achieving goals
- To achieve more balance between work and home life
- To reach important career or personal goals
- To learn how to live with more focus, meaning and purpose
- To receive open, direct, honest feedback that is objective and constructive
- To learn how to identify and correct negative beliefs and habits that sabotage success
- To identify and maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses
- To achieve and maintain focus to move toward goals
The following represents a typical coaching agreement and payment schedule, but can be customized for each client. Each session, except for the discovery session, is 60-90 minutes in length.
Discovery Session: No Cost
This 30-minute session is simply meant to help familiarize you with the coaching process. We will introduce ourselves and decide whether or not we will enter into a coaching agreement.
5-Session Coaching Package: $300
Typically, 5 sessions is the minimum required to make noticeable progress. These sessions can be spread out over the course of 12 months, however I recommend they be completed within 3 months for maximum impact.
10-Session Coaching Package: $500
Clients will see increased effectiveness with 10 sessions spread out over 8-12 months, meeting more frequently at start, preferably once every 10-14 days for the first 3 sessions, then once every 4-5 weeks for the remaining sessions.
Monthly Coaching Package: $150 per month, or $1500/year when paid up front
If you would like increased availability to meet once every 2 weeks with phone calls/text messages between sessions, the monthly package will be best for you. With a minimum 3-month agreement ($450), you will receive 2 sessions per month, up to 4 phone calls per month (15 minutes per phone call). You will also have direct text messaging available with William as needed. Note that unused sessions and phone calls cannot be carried over to subsequent months.
Additional Sessions: $75 per session
Although I do not take new clients for single sessions, if you are an existing/previous client, you are welcome to book additional sessions with no ongoing commitment.

Payment can be made with cash, or electronically with PayPal or E-Transfer. Payment terms for coaching packages, unless otherwise agreed upon, are typically 50% up front and the remainder prior to the final session in the agreement.
What Do We Do Next?
We can start with a discovery meeting, which is free of charge. During this meeting we will discover whether we will make a good team. If we decide to move forward together, we will agree on a timeline and meeting schedule.
