Thoughts from a Puritan prayer.
Christians, let us in every situation:
escape the temptations to which we are exposed,
work diligently at all the tasks given to us,
enjoy with moderation all the benefits of awarded us,
improve the usefulness of those same benefits,
And may every place and every person we encounter be benefitted by us.
By the power and grace of God, this is possible.
